- Our Sessions
We have conducted wellness-based sessions online and in person for companies across India over the past 2 years. Programs can be worked out in alignment with the organisation’s goals, and can be presented as a single session or a series. The sessions are conducted by Amrita or our collaborating Dieticians, Mental Health Therapists and Yoga Trainers. We are happy to associate with companies on a long-term basis and be part of their in-house wellness advisors.
For sessions conducted outside Pune and Mumbai, travel and accommodation will be needed.
Some of the popular sessions we conduct are:
- Health Hacks: a series of sessions to tackle common illnesses as well as lifestyle illnesses such as diabetes and high blood pressure. The sessions teach participants movements, acupressure points and breathwork to tackle different issues
- Breathwork Workshop: learn simple breathing techniques that you should use everyday for better health
- The Manifestation Workshop: learn techniques to manifest your dreams
- Mindfulness in the Workplace: control your monkey mind and learn how to achieve focus and awareness
- Be Ageless: a presentation to teach you how to biohack and reverse your biological age with healthy practices
- The Stress Release Workshop: techniques for daily practice

- Posture awareness and Desk Yoga: combat backaches and forward head postures that are common in people with desk jobs. Conducted by our yoga and pilates instructors
- Nutrition Awareness: tips to eat healthier at home and at the workplace
- Menopause Roadmap: a series of sessions to help women navigate this time in their lives
