Wellness Program

How it works

In the Wellness Program we will work on all aspects of the self – physical, mental, spiritual and emotional. The purpose of this program is to bring about balance between the mind, body and soul, and aims to resolve health issues at all levels. If you are keen on learning how to heal yourself, this is the program for you.

The Wellness Program combines therapeutic yoga and Pilates based movement with healing sessions and ‘Prana Flow’ – a modality I have created to teach the basics of energy healing. Prana Flow includes simple techniques taught in Qi Gong, Pranic Healing, Chakra Healing and Aura cleansing to channelize energy into the body and remove blockages. The program also includes breathing techniques, sound healing using chants and mantras, creative visualization and reprogramming thought patterns through personalized meditation. These sessions are one-on-one and are customized as per an individual’s requirements. 4 sessions in a month are healing sessions, while the others are a combination of the other techniques so that you can learn to work on yourself.
