How this helps
A 30-day menopause ease program especially for women between the ages of 40 and 60. Women feel the effects of perimenopause as early as their mid 30’s and the effects of menopause can last till their 60’s. Fluctuations in hormones result in a host of issues such as brain fog, night sweats, loss in bone density, weight gain, fatigue, anxiety, mood swings... the list is long.
This program is designed to help ease these symptoms. Pranayama, meditation and yoga bring calm, strength training helps with bone density, and nutritional consultations help with weight issues and fatigue. We have 2 plans:
After you purchase the plan, all the items for downloading will be emailed to you. A zoom link will also be sent to you to join in the group sessions. This link will be valid for 1 month. A member of our team will also connect with you to schedule the nutritional consultation and personal trainer if you have selected that option.

This plan gives you access to group classes, instructional pdfs, video files and audio recordings as well as 3 consultation calls with our nutritional consultant to help you rework your diet

- Access to 3 live online group yoga and pranayama sessions a week. The teachers we collaborate with have classes through the day, so you can choose a time slot that suits you
